About SummitCore

SummitCore Wholesale Distribution LLC is a United States wholesale distribution business built around multi-category commercial supply conversations.

The company exists to help retailers, independent distributors, industrial businesses, contractors, facility teams, and procurement departments describe what they need and receive a quotation when one can be prepared. The work is commercial. It is not a consumer shop, and this website does not pretend otherwise.

A business-to-business wholesale site

Buyers use this website to explain a commercial requirement. There is no consumer checkout, no personal shopping cart, and no way to pay for a catalog listing. A request from an individual household shopper is outside what the forms are built to do. The audience is United States businesses and institutions that buy for resale, operations, projects, or facilities.

What this website is for

It explains the category architecture, shows sample catalog items so buyers can see how a line is named, and collects enquiries. It also gives suppliers a way to introduce themselves and gives buyers a set of practical notes on RFQs, bulk buying, and supplier evaluation.

Categories a request can cover

Enquiries are organized into six categories: industrial and maintenance supplies, tools and hardware, electrical supplies, building and construction supplies, packaging and warehouse supplies, and general commercial products. A buyer can ask about one category or several. Each category page describes the kind of scope commercial buyers usually mean. Listing a category is not a stock count, a brand authorization, or a promise that every line inside it can be quoted.

How a quotation starts

The buyer sends the product family, the specifications that must match, where a substitute is acceptable, the quantity, a target ZIP, and a desired timeframe. SummitCore uses that information to discuss whether sourcing is realistic. Some lines may not be quotable. If a quotation is issued, the price and the terms are in that document. They are not implied by these pages. Submitting a form does not create an order. The short version of these limits is on the FAQ.

Quantity, and why no minimum is published

This website does not publish a minimum order quantity. The quote form asks for the quantity to discuss, including a one-time amount or a repeating estimate. If a quotation is issued later, any quantity condition is stated in that quotation. Asking about a large quantity does not by itself create a discount or mean the goods can be supplied. The bulk purchasing page explains that distinction.

What it does not claim

  • No live inventory, no prices, and no checkout.
  • No manufacturer authorizations, certifications, awards, or customer list.
  • No published warehouse address, phone number, or delivery map. Those facts have not been provided for this site.
  • No promise that a category can be supplied, or that a ZIP can be served, until a quotation says so.
