Draft terms

Terms of use

Effective October 28, 2026. These are standard website terms for a US business-to-business wholesale company. They have not been reviewed by an attorney and are not legal advice. They are not a supply agreement.

SummitCore Wholesale Distribution LLC should have counsel review this draft, confirm the state of formation, and replace any placeholder contact detail before treating the page as final.

The site and these terms

These terms govern access to https://summit-core.us, published for SummitCore Wholesale Distribution LLC. By using the site you agree to this draft as posted. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are using the site for a company, you represent that you are allowed to send the enquiry you send.

The site is not a store and not a contract to supply

Category pages are a proposed catalog architecture. Sample catalog items are illustrations. They are not offers to sell, not invitations that create a contract when you submit a form, and not statements of inventory, price, certification, or brand authorization. Nothing on the site is a quotation. A quotation, if SummitCore issues one, is a separate document. An order exists only if both sides confirm it in writing. Payment terms, title, risk of loss, and delivery — if any — belong in that document, not here.

Descriptions are written so a buyer can prepare a request. They can be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for the specification you require, including any code, listing, safety standard, or fitness for a particular purpose. SummitCore does not provide engineering, code interpretation, or professional advice through this website.

Geography and delivery language

The company addresses commercial buyers in the United States. The site does not promise nationwide coverage, a service territory, or a delivery date. A ZIP code on a form is information about your request. It is not a commitment that the address can be served.

Accounts and conduct

The site does not offer customer accounts or checkout. You agree not to misuse the forms: no unlawful content, no attempts to probe or disrupt the site, no upload of malware, and no files that contain payment card data or identity documents. We may reject or ignore a submission that looks abusive, incomplete, or outside a business enquiry.

Information you submit

You grant SummitCore permission to use what you submit for the purpose of reading it, responding, and keeping an ordinary business record. You represent that you have the right to send it. See the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled. That policy is also a draft.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and the SummitCore name and mark on this site are owned by the company or used with permission. You may not copy the site for your own commercial publication. You may link to public pages. Sample product names describe categories of goods; they are not a claim that SummitCore owns those product types.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SummitCore disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and disclaims any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places the disclaimer applies to the extent permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SummitCore and its members, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising out of your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility. The total liability for a claim relating to the site, other than a claim that cannot be limited by law, is limited to one hundred US dollars. A separate supply contract, if you later sign one, controls liability for goods. These website terms do not limit liability for fraud or for any matter that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

If you submit content or use the site in a way that causes a third-party claim, you will indemnify SummitCore against that claim to the extent it arises from your content or your misuse, except to the extent caused by SummitCore’s own willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of formation of SummitCore Wholesale Distribution LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state of formation has not been published on this website and will be added when the company confirms it. Courts in that state would be the intended venue, subject to any right you have that cannot be waived. Until the state is confirmed, do not treat this sentence as selecting a particular courthouse.

Changes and contact

We may post a revised draft on this page. The effective date at the top will change when that happens. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@summit-core.us, which the company must confirm is monitored. Related: Accessibility and FAQ.
